Our cover contributor for this month is Olly Green, who is chatting to Stephanie Baxter in this month’s FUJILOVE interview about how a two-week road trip around the west coast of America led to getting started with photography and resulted in a year-long van trip with the X-T4 as his photographic companion.

Take Kayo brings us his latest instalment of Take’s Corner, where he poses the question of whether the GFX100 II is too good taking into consideration that many of the video-centric features in this camera will be somewhat lost on stills photographers, as well as sharing his hopes for the future of the GFX Series.

Adam Serra-Sanfelin takes us to Aoshima, a quaint Japanese village with a rich history and long-standing tradition of fishing, where he introduces us, through his words and images, to some of the the fisherman who live in and work from the village. Next up is Mister Geez with this month’s photo essay entitled ‘Inner Child Playground’, which takes us on a visual journey of the drama, charm and joy of London’s streets in black and white, while Marc Sadowski shares with us the highs and lows of his experience of using the X-S20 for the first time.

As usual, we also have our monthly ‘From the Feed’ feature, where we’re sharing four popular images from #myfujilove on Instagram, posted by Ralf Polke, Siddhant Parkar, Pablo Valero Alonso and Victor Fernandes. Continuing her article series, ‘The Spirit of Landscape Photography’, Karen Hutton walks us through a series of helpful exercises to help deepen and broaden our artistic practices.

We’re also thrilled to bring you our ‘Gear Talk’ section of FujiLove Magazine, starting with Rico Pfirstinger, who is delivering his next instalment in his camera settings series that shows you how to best set up and make the most of your X cameras while avoiding common pitfalls along the way, this month taking a look at the SAVE DATA SET-UP menu and related functions. Next up is Piet Van den Eynde with an exploration of the new features that can be found in the release of Lightroom Classic 13, while Bobbi Lane concludes her Tamron lens mini series, this time comparing the Tamron 18-300mmF3.5-6.3 with the XF18-135mmF3.5-5.6 and XF55-200mmF3.5-4.8. Rounding off the issue is Dylan Goldby, who is helping us to make sense of all the letters that appear on our Fujinon lenses and what they mean practically speaking.

Happy reading!
