Concluding his ‘Lost & Found’ series, Matthew Willingham shares how being introduced to the Fujifilm X Series helped him to reignite his passion for photography and changed the way he was able to interact with people whom he took photographs of.
We’re also thrilled to bring you our ‘Gear Talk’ section of FujiLove Magazine, starting with Rico Pfirstinger, who continuing his series all about camera settings that will show you how to best set up and make the most of your X cameras while avoiding common pitfalls along the way, this month looking closely at the JPEG settings in the IMAGE QUALITY SETTING menu. Piet Van den Eynde, meanwhile, walks us through the exciting new features that can be found in the newly released Capture One 23. Next up is Bobbi Lane, who is taking another look at the Fujifilm film simulations, this time pitting the colour simulations against the black and white simulations. Rounding off the December issue is Dylan Goldby with another image deep-dive, showing us his entire process from location to post-production of a portrait of a shaman for the Apatani people shot with the GFX 50S.
